Ground shipping to most all of USA is free of charge. Express or Overnite shipping - a charge will apply. Anywhere out of the continental USA shipping rates will apply - please call us or email us at info@shabbychandeliers.com for shipping quote. Most of our chandeliers and lamps ship within 2 weeks. Any custom order lamps usually ship within 2-3 weeks.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Please call us regarding any exchanges or returns on an item you may have. Our custom made lamps and chandeliers are not returnable. With all other returnable items, a 10-25% restocking fee may apply. Please call us or email us with any questions you may have regarding restocking fees on an item.
